Happilac SBR S-100 is water resistant polymer additive / bonding agent, to provide improved adhesion to concrete.
- Excellent bond to concrete, masonry, stonework, plaster and blockwork .

Happilac SBR is a modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion which is supplied as a ready to use white liquid. It is designed to improve the qualities of site-batched cementitious mortars and slurries. Being resistant to hydrolysis, it is ideal for internal and external applications in conjunction with cement.
Application
- Avoid application in direct sun or strong wind.
- Protect freshly applied material from rain etc.
- During application, the mixture of Happilac SBR and cement needs to be continuously stirred to prevent the cement particles from settling.
Health and Safety
- When applying, wear appropriate eye protection
- In case of eye contact with the product, rinse with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes
- Don’t breathe spray mist or dust
- Ensure proper ventilation when applying
- If swallowed, it may cause serious damage
- When empty, don’t use its sack for edible storage
- Keep out of reach of the children
- Pregnant women are advised to avoid breathing paint mist or spray
- In case of any emergency, undergo medical supervision as soon as possible.
CAUTION: Scraping/sanding off previously painted surfaces may release lead dust or fumes. Lead is highly toxic, take protective measures thoroughly when rubbing off the old surfaces.
Tips
- Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or when rainfall is imminent.
- Avoid exposure to moving water during application or before initial set.
