1.Eligibility - The competition is open for all artists of 10 years of age or older and will not violate any applicable law or regulation, or any agreement to which they are a party. Employees of Happilac Paints and sponsors are not eligible to enter.

2.Copyrights –All of the images that will be submitting are images/models/paintings of original artwork created by participates or are artworks created by an artist who authorized you to submit the images on his/her behalf. Images submitted by participants do not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting our rights, it is our policy to terminate all relations with any artist who infringes copyright upon our receipt of a notice of infringement from the copyright owner or the copyright owner’s legal counsel.

3.Accepted Media -Painting, Digital Illustrations, photography, digital, printing, and mixed media are eligible.

4.Artwork Subject Matter - The artwork which will be shared on social media platforms of Happilac Paints Qatar or any other website announced as official collector for the entries, will not include material that is pornographic, sexually explicit, violent and/or racist.

5.Juror –If for any reason an announced juror is unable to judge the entries, the entries will be judged by the remaining jurors and/or alternate jurors.

6.Jurying -Judging will be ‘blind’. Individual scores from judges will be averaged to produce a single score for each entry. No names or other indicators will be shown in judging to lead to the entrant and no names or other indicators are allowed on the Entry that could indicate who is the author of the Entry.

7.Selected Participants –If entry is selected it will be the exclusive responsibility of participant to deliver the actual artwork to the gallery and to make sure it is framed and/or gallery wrapped and ready to be displayed.

8.Awards - Award to the winning artist shall be provided within 30 days of the announcement of the result, in case of non-delivery for whatsoever reason, award shall be available to claim by the winning participant within 60 days of the announcement. There are no alternatives available for award winners but what has be announced or given to each winner of the other categories.

9.Usage of Images -We will have the right to publish images of your artwork selected by the jurors on our websites and other advertising channels to promote future competitions and your artwork. Winners’ artwork shall be published in official calendar of Happilac paints for the year 2020.

10.Changes in Schedule -Happilac Paints Qatar reserves the right to change competition deadlines and dates due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.Fee –This competition is absolutely free of cost (FOC).

12.Limitation of Liability –In the event that participant bring a lawsuit or assert in any forum any claim whatsoever against Happilac Paints Qatar, its agents, employees, representatives and/or officers, in connection with and/or arising from any claims that are in any way related to your participation in the competition and/or our relationship with you in any manner whatsoever, shall not be entitled since the competition is absolutely free of cost (FOC) and does not include any transactions of money in any currency or shape.
