Happilac Non-Shrink Grout G-300 is a Cementitious, Shrinkage Compensated, General Purpose Grout.

Happilac Non-Shrink Grout is a pre-packaged, ready-to-use, non-shrink, high-strength cementitious grout. It is designed for applications requiring precision grouting, structural support, and anchoring, with excellent flowability and volume stability. It compensates for shrinkage and settlement in the plastic state and provides high early and ultimate strength.
Application
- Pre-wet the surface but remove standing water before application.
- Pour from one side to prevent air entrapment.
- Maintain a continuous flow to ensure uniform placement.
- Grouting should be completed within 15 minutes of mixing.
Health and Safety
- When applying, wear appropriate eye protection
- In case of eye contact with the product, rinse with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes
- Don’t breathe spray mist or dust
- Ensure proper ventilation when applying
- If swallowed, it may cause serious damage
- When empty, don’t use its sack for edible storage
- Keep out of reach of the children
- Pregnant women are advised to avoid breathing paint mist or spray
- In case of any emergency, undergo medical supervision as soon as possible.
CAUTION: Scraping/sanding off previously painted surfaces may release lead dust or fumes. Lead is highly toxic, take protective measures thoroughly when rubbing off the old surfaces.
Tips
- Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or when rainfall is imminent.
- Avoid exposure to moving water during application or before initial set.
