Happilac Crack Filler R050 is a cementitious, special mineral additive and polymer containing, one component repair mortar. Suitable for use in tropical and hot climatic conditions.

Happilac Crack Filler R050 is a single component high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious mortar designed for repairing larger voids and structural defects in concrete and masonry. It is suitable for applications with layer thicknesses up to 50 mm and offers excellent adhesion, high compressive strength, and durability.
Application
- Pre-wet the surface but remove standing water before application.
- Apply the mortar using a trowel or spatula, pressing firmly to ensure good contact.
- For improved bonding, Apply Happilac SBR as a Bonding Agent before placing the mortar.
- Allow the mortar to partially set before final troweling to achieve a smooth finish.
- For a very smooth finish, lightly flick water onto the surface before final troweling.
Health and Safety
- When applying, wear appropriate eye protection
- In case of eye contact with the product, rinse with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes
- Don’t breathe spray mist or dust
- Ensure proper ventilation when applying
- If swallowed, it may cause serious damage
- When empty, don’t use its sack for edible storage
- Keep out of reach of the children
- Pregnant women are advised to avoid breathing paint mist or spray
- In case of any emergency, undergo medical supervision as soon as possible.
CAUTION: Scraping/sanding off previously painted surfaces may release lead dust or fumes. Lead is highly toxic, take protective measures thoroughly when rubbing off the old surfaces.
Tips
- Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or when rainfall is imminent.
- Avoid exposure to moving water during application or before initial set.
