Happilac Crack Filler R010 is a One Component, Economical, Polymer Modified, Pore Sealer / Finishing Mortar.

Happilac Repair Mortar R010 is a single-component, polymer-modified cementitious mortar designed for cosmetic repairs and surface restoration of concrete and masonry structures. It is suitable for filling pinholes, minor surface imperfections, and re-profiling surfaces up to 10 mm in depth. The product is easy to apply, offers excellent adhesion, and is compatible with various protective coatings.


Application
- Pre-wet the surface but remove standing water before application.
- Apply the mortar using a trowel or spatula, pressing firmly to ensure good contact.
- For improved bonding, Apply Happilac SBR as a Bonding Agent before placing the mortar.
- Allow the mortar to partially set before final troweling to achieve a smooth finish.
- For a very smooth finish, lightly flick water onto the surface before final troweling.


Health and Safety
- When applying, wear appropriate eye protection
- In case of eye contact with the product, rinse with plenty of water for at least 10 minutes
- Don’t breathe spray mist or dust
- Ensure proper ventilation when applying
- If swallowed, it may cause serious damage
- When empty, don’t use its sack for edible storage
- Keep out of reach of the children
- Pregnant women are advised to avoid breathing paint mist or spray
- In case of any emergency, undergo medical supervision as soon as possible.
CAUTION: Scraping/sanding off previously painted surfaces may release lead dust or fumes. Lead is highly toxic, take protective measures thoroughly when rubbing off the old surfaces.


Tips
- Do not apply when temperatures are below 5°C or when rainfall is imminent.
- Avoid exposure to moving water during application or before initial set.
