Happilac Wood Lacquer Matt is a top-quality matt finish for all types of wooden surfaces. It gives beautiful finish to surface coated with Wood lacquer Matt. It is ready to use product and has excellent resistance against stains and scratches.
Appplication
Appropriate and good surface preparation significantly increases the topcoat life and durability. Deploy skilled/experienced individuals for the application of paint. The surface to be painted must be dry, clean, and free from all contamination. Remove dirt, grease, and waxy material. After surface preparation, apply 2-3 coats of Happilac Wood Sealer. Let the surface dry completely and then apply 2-3 coats of Happilac Wood Lacquer Matt.
Health and Safety
It is flammable, so keep away from combustible materials and sources of ignition e.g. oxidizing agents, strong alkaline, and strong acidic material to avoid any exothermic reaction. In case of fire, use alcohol-resistant foam, dry powder, AAAF, CO2, and fire extinguisher. Never use water. No smoking. Keep upright and tightly closed container. Work in full ventilation. Keep out of reach of children. Harmful by inhalation so don’t breathe vapor or sand dust. Wear a cartridge mask. Irritating to eyes and skin so use safety goggles, gloves, and shoes. In case of contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water keeping eyelids apart. Use soap and water if contact with skin.
Damage to health by prolonged exposure. Don’t swallow, seek medical attention in any severe case. Take enough care during transporting, protect from heat and extremes of temperature. Store in a cool and dry place. In case of an accident, contain and collect spillage using sand. Don’t empty into a drain or watercourses, very toxic to aquatic organisms, dispose of any paint waste in accordance with appropriate environmental quality regulations.
WARNING: Scraping/sanding off previously painted surfaces may release lead dust or fumes. Lead is highly toxic; take protective measures thoroughly when rubbing off the old surfaces.
